Our pricing is kept low compared to others in the industry due to our capacity to serve you through virtual means. All prices below are for Virtual Services, unless otherwise noted.

TAX PREPARATION
ALL tax preparation fees include one (1) state return, free review of your previous year’s tax return, free e-filing, and free tax advice pertaining to the tax return for the particular year prepared. Also, included is advice to reduce tax liability for the following year. Accuracy of calculations and tax advice is guaranteed (except for software errors).
All NEW clients are required to pay a 50% deposit of the estimated total charges prior to work starting on your tax return.
$250-350* – Basic Tax Preparation – Very simple tax return with 1-2 jobs (W-2), standard deduction, 1-2 items of bank interest, 1-2 dependents, child credits.
$350-450* – Standard Tax Preparation – Typically, a homeowner with itemized deductions, education expenses, 1-10 investment transactions (1099-B).
$450+* – Business/Investors Tax Preparation – Complex or larger quantity of investment transactions, sole proprietor businesses (Sch C), rental property (Sch E), or other more complex/unusual tax situations.
Additional states are $75 each.
*The Tax Preparation prices above are guidelines and may be adjusted based on the simplicity or complexity of your unique situation. There will be no surprises in pricing, unless you surprise us with additional information after we give you a price estimate.
Most clients will fall into the price categories posted above. In some cases, we will charge additional fees for multiple Schedule Cs, multiple rental properties, large numbers of investment transactions, filing status of Married Filing Separately, multiple W-2s, additional income types, and certain credits and deductions not included in the pricing above.
NOTE: We DO provide certain tax advice and assistance for taxpayers who file tax returns that we do not actually prepare. This is billed on an hourly basis.
We are currently not preparing the following tax returns: Corporations (Form 1120), S-Corporation (Form 1120-S), Partnerships (Form 1065), Estates or Trusts (Form 706 or Form 1041), Non-Profits (Form 990), Non-Resident (1040NR). Other exceptions may apply.
$100 – “Second Look” – This is a quick review of tax returns prepared by others or a self-prepared tax return. It includes suggestions to reduce future taxes, potential audit triggers, potentially missed deductions, and error scanning. It is not a complete review of your tax returns or auditing them for accuracy.
$50 – Extension Filed – this would be charged only to NEW clients and those who did not use our tax preparation services the previous year. This will be credited towards tax preparation fees once completed.
Form 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC – $40 (first form), additional forms $30 each
RUSH FEE: If all required documentation is not supplied and questions are not answered completely 30 days prior to the filing due date of your tax returns, there may be a rush fee imposed of between $50 – $300 (at our discretion). This does not apply if an extension is filed and you are filing after the normal tax deadline and prior to 30 days before the extension deadline.

NOTE: In-person meetings are no longer available effective April 1, 2020. This is permanent and there are NO exceptions. All clients must use the online portal system.
